Growing Rapidly

With the number of devices moving through the doors of Ardus growing rapidly, we always have growth on our minds. Within the previous month Ardus has added an additional four employees. Adus Medical would like to welcome Kassendra Glynn on board to help locate equipment and manage accounts. We would also like to welcome Mike Kotowski and Greg Fazzino to Ardus as territory sales managers, and Rob Arzola to assist with shipping. Along with all the new faces that are being added the same ones still seem to be the backbone. Just last month Ardus’ own biomedical engineer Joe Stem celebrated his 8th year with the company. On Joe’s experience at Ardus he says “Even with the growth, every year seems to go by smoother because of all the experienced employees Ardus brings on board. Fellow biomed technician Eric Stirnkorb also just celebrated his 4th year with the company. We look forward to bringing all the new faces aboard to finish what has been a great year at Ardus Medical!

Ardus Medical Launches New Website

Customer-oriented to better serve used medical equipment seekers

(June 2006) Dedicated to continuous improvement and a desire to support its customers with superior support and quality, Ardus Medical proudly announces the release of its new website. The new site has been retooled to renew the company's strong commitment to customer service and relations, and to communicate its full line of new, used, and refurbished medical equipment products.

While the entire website has been rebuilt from the ground up, several areas have been dramatically improved. Specifically, "we have revamped our product descriptions, and developed new service tools that empower customers with the ability to learn about and/or request a quote for any product on our site quickly and easily" said Alison Hamann, Director of Business Development at Ardus. "Our new live chat application allows anyone in search of used medical equipment to talk one-on-one with our sales representatives to locate, quote, and purchase the products they need."

"Ardus Medical wanted to reinforce their brand identity, but more importantly help new and returning customers to quickly understand how to use the site to find high quality medical equipment,' said Heimbrock. Ardus Medical Helps Local Family

Team volunteers time with Habitat for Humanity Members of the Ardus Medical team volunteered their time for a local Habitat for Humanity project, repairing a house badly damaged by a fire that started in the basement and tore up to the second story. The team's job at the house was demolition of the second story, which included ripping out of all plaster and wood slats so that new drywall could be hung.

The Ardus employees worked side by side with the family that would be owning the revived home. "We enjoyed donating our time for a good cause, but quickly realized that it was extremely hard work," said one of the helpers. Through the work of Habitat, thousands of low-income families have found new hope in the form of affordable housing. Churches, community groups, and others have joined together to successfully tackle a significant social problem -- decent housing for all. Today, Habitat for Humanity has built more than 175,000 houses, sheltering more than 900,000 people in some 3,000 communities worldwide.
